Require documents for Applying a new PAN Card

Documents accepted for 18+ :

  • eAadhaar Copy (at least 2 months earlier)
  • Aadhaar link mobile number
  • Recent Passport Colour photo (2.5 cm x 3.5 cm) preferably white background
  • Self Signature on a white plain paper (4.5 cm x 2 cm)

Documents accepted for minor :

  • eAadhaar Copy of a Guardian (Father or Mother)
  • eAadhaar Copy of the Applicant
  • Signature of a Guardian on a white plain paper (4.5cm x 2 cm)
  • Applicant Recent Passport Colour photo (2.5cm x 3.5cm)

Require documents for update an existing PAN Card

Name Correction:

  • Xerox copy of Old PAN Card
  • eAadhaar Copy (at least 2 months earlier)
  • (Voter card/ Driving License/ Indian Passport) pick any one, Annexure A
  • Recent Passport Colour Photo (2.5 cm x 3.5 cm) preferably white backround
  • Self Signature on a white plain paper (4.5 cm x 2 cm)
  • Aadhaar link mobile number

Require documents for PAN Card reprint

  • Xerox copy of Old PAN Card
  • eAadhaar Copy (at least 2 months earlier)
  • Recent Passport Colour Photo (2.5 cm x 3.5 cm) preferably white backround
